representative of Belarus at the Eurovision 2009 Petr Elfimov will depart to Moscow on the
morning of 2nd May, informed head of Belarus delegation, deputy chairman of

2 мая в Москву, чтобы продолжить там свою
подготовку. Об этом сегодня на пресс-конференции
сообщил заместитель председателя
Белтелерадиокомпании Александр Мартыненко,
передает корреспондент БЕЛТА. В Москве у белорусского исполнителя запланированы две репетиции - на 3 и 7 мая. 7 мая состоится и белорусская вечеринка, которая пройдет в Евроклубе в Манеже. Сам исполнитель готов представить страну на престижном конкурсе. "Я верю в свою песню и моя первая задача - это достойно представить страну. Я постараюсь сделать все, что зависит от меня как от исполнителя. Однако ответственность за оформление номера с меня снята". Как пояснил руководитель Национального телевизионного музыкального проекта "ЕвроФест" народный артист Беларуси Александр Тиханович, совместно с режиссером Янушем Юзефовичем были определены точки, где будет находиться Петр. Вокруг него развернется основное действие". В оформлении номера будет присутствовать компьютерная анимация. Комментировать мероприятие в этом году по традиции будут Денис Курьян и Александр Тиханович. В этом году организаторы постарались и над промопродукцией. Кроме традиционных буклетов, постеров, визитниц и маек был выпущен специальный CD-диск, а также коробка конфет производства "Коммунарки" с изображением исполнителя |

That Never Lie" performed by Petr Elfimov. The video has been produced by Ukrainian
clipmaker Semyon Gorov and operator Alexey Stepanov. The video tells the touching story of
two street children who grow up together, but have been separated for many years. The role
of the protagonist of the video at different ages performed daughters of the director. Петра Елфимова. Над клипом работали украинский
режиссер Семен Горов и оператор Алексей
Степанов. Ролик рассказывает трогательную
историю двух беспризорных детей, которые вместе
росли, но были разлучены на долгие годы. Роль
главной героини видео в разном возрасте
исполнили дочери режиссера. "Съемки проходили в киевском музее под открытым небом "Пирогово", - рассказывает Семен Горов. – Нам очень повезло с погодой: атмосфера ролика требовала пасмурности, и, как по заказу, во время двухдневной работы лил беспросветный дождь. Петру, правда, пришлось нелегко, потому что он был в белоснежном костюме. Зато мои дочки, Саша и Стася, только и искали момента, чтобы убежать со съемочной площадки и пойти шлепать по лужам". Семен Горов заслужил репутацию ведущего режиссера, снимающего ролики для артистов "Евровидения". of Eurofest project Alexander Tikhanovich has clarified the situation in an interview to
Belgazeta: "According to the contract concluded with Eurovision representative, all
rights for the contest entry have been transferred to BTRC. Company can do everything it
wants with it: produce remixes, new arrangements, music videos, as well as decide on
promotion in different countries in whatever form it chooses" BTRC has decided to cancel the previously scheduled promo-appearances of Belarus artist at fan-parties in London, Amsterdam and Brussels. "The decision to cancel them has been taken by BT management after singer has rejected initial proposal of stage choreography. After all, currently we do not have time to travel, now the main thing is to finalize the stage presentation," - explained executive producer of Eurofest Anastasiya Tikhanovich to KP. In the coming days, the director, Janusz Jozefowicz will arrive in Minsk to discuss the last details of the stage performances of Petr Elfimov. "To my knowledge, Petr now is ready to implement the ideas of director on stage. Especially as Janusz has made several different proposals regarding stage presentation", informed Anastasiya Tikhanovich BelTA. The premiere of the video for the song Eyes That Never Lie will be held on April 26th at the Eurofest diary broadcasted on the First Channel and Belarus-TV. артистом были отданы права на все действия с его
песней. Компания имеет право делать с ней что

виде". БТРК приняло решение об отмене ранее запланированных выступлений на фанатских вечеринках в Лондоне, Амстердаме и Брюсселе. "Решение об отмене приняло руководство БТ, после того как Петр отказался от предложенного ему шоу. Ведь на поездки времени уже нет, теперь главное - доработать номер", - пояснила исполнительный продюсер проекта "ЕвроФест" Анастасия Тиханович КП. В ближайшие дни режиссер Януш Юзефович прибудет в Минск для того, чтобы обговорить последние детали сценического выступления Петра Елфимова. "Насколько мне известно, Петр Елфимов уже готов воплотить замысел режиссера. Тем более что Януш Юзефович предлагал не один вариант номера", - рассказала Анастасия Тиханович БелТА. Despite all the negative reactions to the proposed by Jozefowicz staging, Elfimov and his manager state that they have nothing against the Polish director personally. Tatiana Kosmacheva: "We have nothing against Mr Jozefowicz. But people have to have some similarity in their ideas. Especially as Elfimov is not only a performer but also the author of the song" Manager claims that they have own idea of the staging for the performance of Petr. But there is absolutely not enough time to prepare it in a just few days left before the show in Moscow. Thus they have to accept on what Tikhanovich insists and Jozefowicz proposes. Tatiana Kosmacheva: "We have taken such position: if in our country they believe that it is good and the main criteria is the opinion of Mr. Tikhanovich - let it be so! польский режиссёр приедет в Минск, чтобы

Еврорадио сообщила директор Петра Татьяна
Космачёва: “Мы нового проекта Юзефовича не видели, понятия не имеем, что это будет. Он приедет в Минск по требованию Тихановича. С чем — мы не знаем. Нам сказали: “Ну, тогда и не волнуйтесь — артист будет отдельно, а режиссёр — отдельно”. При всём негативном отношении к предложенной Юзефовичем шоу-программе на песню Елфимова и сам певец, и его директор Татьяна Космачёва утверждают, что против польского режиссёра они ничего не имеют. Татьяна Космачёва: "Мы ничего не имеем против господина Юзефовича. Просто люди должны совпадать в своих творческих позициях. Особенно когда Елфимов является не только исполнителем, но и автором песни". Директор утверждает, что у них есть своя идея насчёт того, каким должно быть шоу на песню Петра. Но подготовить номер за считанные дни, оставшиеся до Евровидения, не представляется возможным. Поэтому придётся ехать в Москву с тем, на чём настаивает Тиханович и что предлагает Юзефович. Татьяна Космачёва: "Мы приняли такую позицию: если в нашей стране считают, что это хорошо и главным критерием является мнение Тихановича — пусть это так и будет! Svetlov. Alexey, 24, is well known Minsk DJ, arranger, musician and producer, who is
involved in music since 2002. His song have topped several charts in Belarus and Russian
stations. Track "One Night in Minsk" for 9 weeks was topping charts of
internet-radion Aplus. Song "Deep inside of me" written in 2008 is in rotation
of FM stations of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. БТРК уже рассчиталась за номер Петра Елфимова,
поставленный известным польским режиссёром

отбора на Евровидение Александр Тиханович
напоминает, что певец связан с БТ продюсерским
контрактом. И советует не путать интересы
государства с личными. Александр Тиханович: “В данном случае нужно не Тихановичу или Елфимову, а государству. Это государственный проект и тратятся государственные деньги, и поэтому мы привлекали к сотрудничеству ведущих специалистов мира. Тех, кому мы доверяем, поскольку тратятся большие средства”. Что же касается предложенной Юзефовичем идеи шоу, то Тиханович от неё в восторге. “Придуманный Юзефовичем номер просто выдающийся. То, что предлагается, поверьте мне, это необычно, очень ярко, это захватывающе и очень подходит Елфимову. Ни о каких крыльях там разговор не идёт! Это не крылья, а 7-метровые полотна ткани из тонкого специального материала, которые в последний момент, когда он берёт фальцетом песню, чудесным образом отделяются от него и отлетают. Кроме того, там много разным фишек. Используются не какие-то “диафильмы”, как она говорит, а компьютерная анимация, которую делает человек, трижды номинированный на Оскара — господин Багинский. К постановке номера привлечены лучшие силы мирового шоу-бизнеса. Поэтому и обсуждать это не вижу смысла”. “Я категорически настаиваю на постановке номера у Яна Юзефовича. Мы находимся в правовых рамках. И, по условиям контракта, если их не устраивает наша постановка, они могут поставить номер за свои деньги, но вернуть те средства, которые были затрачены на постановку государственной компанией”, сказал Александр Тиханович Еврорадио. По словам руководителя Еврофеста, у Елфимова и его директора действительно есть своё видение того, каким должно быть театрализованное шоу на песню Петра. Его главным элементом должна стать иллюзионная кабина, из которой певец волшебным образом появляется перед зрителем. Но Тиханович скептически оценивает такое предложение. “Приехал иллюзионист и мы попросили его показать, как это работает. Он достал диск Копперфильда, поставил его и говорит: “Это будет так!”. На что Юзефович сказал: “Вы показываете Копперфильда, и эта постановка стоит миллион долларов”. Тот ответил, что сделает это дешевле. Юзефович попросил сделать эту кабину и пообещал ввести её в свой номер. Потому что есть только кабина — а дальше что? Развития никакого! Иллюзионист прислал нам описание этой кабины, и я вынужден был обратиться за комментариями к профессионалам-иллюзионистам. Мне сказали, что иллюзионист, которого предлагает Елфимов, работает на уровне детских утренников. Во-вторых, это очень трудно осуществить. Человека прячут в специальный тёмный ящик, в котором он должен сидеть в неудобной позе, иначе там не получается, и сидеть там надо перед выходом на сцену как минимум минуты три. Потом ящик выкатывают на сцену, 30 секунд идёт вступление песни, после которого он должен выйти и сразу начать петь. Специалисты сказали, что перед таким номером надо 3-4 месяца тренироваться: ограниченное пространство, темно, и человек может пойти в другую сторону, чем надо, когда выйдет из ящика. А как вокалист я вам скажу: просидеть в неудобной позе несколько минут со сжатым дыханием, а потом встать и запеть, невозможно”. Александр Тиханович: “Я очень уважаю Петра. И, несмотря на все разговоры и прогнозы букмекеров, не исключаю его успешного выступления на конкурсе Евровидение. Я вкладываю в это душу и делаю это, как для себя. Надо использовать момент, который человеку даётся, возможно, раз в жизни, чтобы поработать с лучшим режиссёром, с лучшим клипмейкером, стать на ступеньку выше профессионально. Если человек этого не понимает, или его так настраивают — то он принимает сторону не разумную, а просто провинциальную!” |

За 19 дней поставить его почти невозможно: Татьяна Космачёва: “Мы ищем варианты, ищем выход из этой ситуации. Я думаю, что говорить о постановке номера за 19 дней до конкурса уже не стоит, поэтому, видимо, надо будет пригласить концертного режиссёра, который просто разведёт наших музыкантов по сцене”. На прошлой неделе Пётр посетил Польшу, чтобы увидеть шоу для своего конкурсного выступления, которое два месяца готовил известный польский режиссёр Януш Юзефович. Артист остался недоволен тем вариантом, который предложил ему режиссёр. К спине Петра собирались прикрепить большие полотна ткани, на которых показывали бы диафильмы. Как отметила Татьяна Космачёва, такой номер просто не подходит к стилю Петра Елфимова. Татьяна Космачёва: “У нас никакого скандала с господином Юзефовичем нет. Просто мы не совпали в наших идеях, в видении номера. Это просто не в стилистике артиста, вот и всё”. video for the song "Eyes that never lie" will be premierred in mid-April, as
informedExecutive Producer of the Directorate of music and entertainment programs of
Belteleradiocompany Anastasia Tikhonovich. Currently, the final works on the video are being done. It will be premierred for the first time on Belarus First Channel during Eurovision diaries. The video has been shot by Ukrainian clipmaker Semyon Gorov, who is known as a master of plot and the picture. He has also produced last year's clip for the song "Hasta la Vista" of Ruslan Alekhno, which was voted as the best video by members of the club OGAE Rest of World. Touching story of love is told on the background of different seasons of year and different places. The shooting took place in an open-air museum in the town of Pirogovo near Kiev, in particular near the XV century church of Archangel Michael, as well as in front of an architectural monument in the Ukrainian capital, in an art gallery. In the clip have been involved 13 actors, Petr Elfimov was in his usual role of singer, artist. He hasn't refused from his trademark of white costume, which is already associated with the Belarusian participants. Currently, also promoproduction for the Belarus entrant is being prepared. There will be a booklet, as well as boxes of chocolates from "Kommunarka" factory. A box in a form of book besides sweets will contain Russian and English lyrics of Peter Elfimov's entry. |

программ Белтелерадиокомпании Анастасия
Тиханович. Сейчас идет монтаж клипа, сигнальные версии будут готовы к концу недели. Первыми клип увидят зрители Первого канала в дневниках "Евровидения". Клип белорусского исполнителя снимал украинский режиссер Семен Горов, который известен как мастер сюжета, картинки. На его счету и прошлогодний клип на песню "Hasta la Vista" Руслана Алехно, который был признан лучшим видео по голосованию членов клуба ОГАЕ Остальной мир. Трогательная история о любви рассказывается на фоне разных пор года, на фоне разных планов. Съемки проходили в музее под открытым небом в местечке Пирогово под Киевом, в частности, у церкви XV века Архангела Михаила, а также у здания архитектурного памятника в украинской столице, в картинной галерее. В клипе задействованы 13 актеров, Петр Елфимов выступает в привычной ему роли исполнителя, артиста. Не отказался певец и от белого костюма, который уже ассоциируется с белорусским конкурсантом. Сейчас изготавливается промопродукция для белорусского участника "Евровидения". Это будет буклет, а также коробки шоколадных конфет от "Коммунарки". Коробка в виде книги кроме сладостей будет содержать русский и английский тексты песни, которую Петр Елфимов исполнит на этом престижном конкурсе. |

Евровидения-2009 Петр Елфимов. Белорусский певец,
которого на родине нарекли Белым ангелом, решил
доверить работу над своим видео известному
украинскому клипмейкеру Семену Горову. - Наши артисты уже сотрудничали с Семеном Горовым - в прошлом году он снимал клип для Руслана Аленхо, - объясняет свой выбор Елфимов. - И то видео признали лучшим на «Евровидении 2008». Поэтому не удивительно, что я тоже обратился к Семену. Ему был предложен наш литературный сценарий и вот мы уже работаем. - Я такой какой я есть. И никаких корректив в образ вносить не буду. Конечно, у съемок клипа есть своя специфика. Например, на концерте я не задумываюсь о морщинках, своих позах – я просто отдаюсь публике. Здесь же важна красивая, чистая картинка, поэтому режиссер мне говорит, как и что делать. Сам Горов обещает, что видео не оставит никого равнодушным. - Клипы для «Евровидения» имеют свою специфику. Во-первых, песни на английском. Во-вторых, бюджеты побольше, соотвественно, и сценарий более сложный. Плюс мы стараемся затрагивать темы общенациональные, которые будут интересны многим. March 5th, Petr Elfimov went to another part of his promotional tour. First he went to
Bulgaria, where he communicated with the press, appeared in TV shows, and had several
radio interviews. Then, the singer traveled to Ukraine, where on the March 8th in the

путешествие по странам-участницам конкурса
«Евровидении-2009». Сначала он отправился в
Болгарию, где его ожидали общение с прессой,
съемки в телепередачах, интервью радиостанциям.
Затем певец посетил Украину, где 8 марта в
концертном зале «Украина» состоялся финал
национального отборочного тура конкурса
«Евровидение-2009» (это выступление вы можете

Третьей страной этого этапа промо-тура стала
Турция, где Петр Елфимов дал пресс-конференцию,
интервью на телевидении и радио. В Минск певец
вернется 11 марта. Параллельно с европейским промо-туром белорусского участника, продолжается подготовка сценического номера и клипа. Для съемок клипа привлечен известный клипмейкер и режиссер Семен Горов. Наиболее известные его работы – новогодние телевизионные мюзиклы «Сорочинская ярмарка», «Безумный день, или женитьба Фигаро», «Золушка», «Вечера на хуторе близ Диканьки». В прошлом году он же режиссировал клип представителя Беларуси на конкурсе «Евровидение-2008» Руслана Алехно. «Скорее всего, съемки будут проходить в Киеве, – рассказала исполнительный продюсер дирекции музыкальных и развлекательных программ Белтелерадиокомпании Анастасия Тиханович. – Про сюжет пока рано говорить. артиста Татьяна Космачева, вскоре запланированы
консультации с московским имиджмейкером, где и
пойдет разговор о необходимости внесения
корректив в образ Петра. Возможно, ничего принципиально нового в облике не появится. Этот специалист по дизайну и моделированию одежды из кожи видел Петра в белом костюме и считает, что простота и элегантность его как нельзя лучше подходят, сказала Татьяна Космачева. Но поскольку сейчас артист ездит в промотуры, много выступает, то в любом случае второй белый кожаный костюм будет сшит. Клип на песню "Eyes that never lie" ("Глаза, которые никогда не лгут") планируется также записать в Москве. Сюжет клипа был выбран из числа поступивших предложений. "Сюжет клипа человечный и нравится исполнителю, автору песни, что очень важно. А то сегодня порой трудно понять, о чем клип: то ли про автомобили, то ли про погони", - поделилась Татьяна Космачева. Сейчас делается оформление белорусского номера, идея которого готова. Как и промопапка конкурсанта "Евровидения". От стандартной папки с диском и фотографией артиста было решено отказаться. Промопродукция Петра Елфимова будет представлять собой красочный, хорошо оформленный буклет, рассказывающий о родине исполнителя, диски с записью песни на английском и русском языках, майки, афиши. singer and musiciants will depart to Kishineu to perform as guests at the national
preselection of Moldova. Later, singer will go to Greece and then will visit Macedonia. It
is planned that tour rout will include Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and

Честно говоря, после "ЕвроФеста" моя жизнь
ничем особенно не изменилась. Я по-прежнему пою,
учусь, преподаю. Преподаю я в Институте
современных знаний. Задача-минимум для меня -
пройти в финал конкурса. При этом, конечно, я
отдаю себе отчет в том, что на "Евровидении"
будут соревноваться многие очень достойные
конкуренты, состоявшиеся творческие личности. Я не думаю, что мой внешний вид
претерпит кардинальные изменения. Это было бы
очень глупо, поскольку в Европе я уже не первый
раз: Россия, Украина, Сербия, Польша, Литва,
Эстония, Латвия, Венгрия, Азербайджан.
Европейский зритель и слушатель знает меня
таким, какой я есть - со светлой головой, в кожаных
белых брюках. У меня опыт работы на европейских
площадках достаточно большой за небольшой срок
моей творческой карьеры. Это огромный опыт
общения с разной публикой. Это не те фанаты,
которые пришли во Дворец спорта поддержать
своего исполнителя, - это люди, которые тебя в
принципе никогда не видели. Поэтому когда ты
выходишь и заставляешь их себя слушать, они тебя
слушают и им это нравится - вот тогда ты
понимаешь, что ты не просто живешь на этом свете. |

Belarus at Eurovision 2009 with the song "Eyes that never lie". Gunesh has
finished as the runner up, while Litesound and Dakota were third. According to the poll run by "EcooM" center in Minsk, rating of the broadcast was 15.4% with share 40.2%, which are very high figures considering the late time of broadcast and that it took place on Monday. Final of Eurofest became most watched show of the last 2 weeks. "I do not believe that singers should surprise Eurovision by their performances. Last year Ireland has entered singing turkey for the contest. This was a typical joke from the sort "What else can we find to surprise Europe?". Let's try to take Europe with sincerity! Not dances, jumps, explosions. But with real and sincere song" - offered Petr Elfimov at the press-conference after final. As the artist mentioned, the success of Dima Bilan at Eurovision last year was provided by the sincerity of the performance. Bilan had no outstanding performance. And the presence of world champion and famous violinist were not the main ingredients of success. "If you compare me with Dima Bilan, may be I am not modest, but I think he should work harder to achieve such a level of vocal as I have. And if we consider performance of Serbian winner in 2007, there was no show, but was soul, sincerity and vocal". "Those who worked "live" knows that if you are not sincere, audience will not hear you. It is important that people feel, what you sing" - said the representative of Belarus at the Eurovision-2009. According to Petr Elfimov, the vocal level of Eurovision is growing every year. Petr hopes to conquer the European audience with the song "Eyes that never lie". According to the singer, his entry tells the story of his life. This is a story about how a person for a long time was roaming through the life and found that only one, who saw his wings. Thanks to her, now he can fly - singer explained details of his song on the request of Gunesh, who didn't understand the main idea of it. According to Eurofest rules, singer can not change the song now, he may just change the arrangement, some parts of lyrics. Petr Elfimov told that he was not doing any special presentation for the Eurofest final. "Now as the result is known, tomorrow we will start working on it. Singer and his producer have several ideas of the presentation, which they will share with a team of professionals engaged in the preparation of the contestant to Eurovision 2009. His performance at the finals of Eurofest he judged for 9 points out of 10 possible. The audience gave to their idol 11 thousand 475 votes. One vote among those was of Gunesh, who admited that she wasn't able to vote for herself, but dialed and voted for the audience favourite. "I know that employees of traffic police, doctors and border guards, teachers, friends, relatives and even many people in our country that love and appreciate my work and for whom I live and sing voted for me. And I love them all. And our team was really hoping on the fair vote. We've received more than 500 SMS and phone calls with congratulations after the show", Petr has reacted on the allegations of unfair voting. "So far, luck has never turned away from me and I from it. I hope it won't turn away from me this time as well", concluded singer. A creative plan for the next month was scheduled in advance and will not change seriously because of Petr's Eurovision participation. "That does not mean that you need to change of the date or cancel performances, for example, at the National Art Museum, with which we reached agreement on a month ago. Это был откровенный стеб по поводу того, что "чем же мы еще можем удивить Европу?.." А давайте мы попробуем Европу просто искренне пронять! Не танцами, не скачками, не взрывами… А хорошей искренней песней" - предложил Петр Елфимов на пресс-конференции после финала отбора. Как отметил артист, успех Диме Билану на "Евровидении" в прошлом году обеспечила именно искренность исполнения. У Билана не было шикарного номера. А присутствие чемпиона мира и известного скрипача не были главными составляющими успеха. "Если вы сравниваете меня с Димой Биланом, то я буду, вероятно, наглым и нескромным, но ему до уровня моего вокала, к сожалению, еще надо работать. А если взять во внимание номер сербки, то никакого феерического шоу не было, зато была душа, искренность и вокал". "Те, кто
работал "вживую" знают, что если ты не
искренен, тебя не услышит зритель. Важно, чтобы
люди чувствовали, что ты поешь", - считает

an experts to cover the final of the Eurofest project ESCKaz has invited the "Alexandra
and Konstantin" duet (A&K), whose song in Eurovision 2004 still is
widely considered as the best song ever entered by Belarus in this competition, as they
are virtually the sole representatives of Belarus still residing in this country and
actively monitoring the progress of the Eurovision selections. Also, ESCKaz has contacted
the finalists of the Eurofest and asked them to answer several questions. Responses were
received from bands Litesound and Veter v golove (Wind in the
head) as well as singer Domenika. So, what do Alexandra and Konstantin think about the finalists of the project?  Petr Elfimov: He is the
most experienced of the chosen five and have best chances. He has behind him victory in
the Slavonic Bazaar, and solo concerts in the country's largest venues, excellent
"live" performances in in any vocal state - and these are very weighty
arguments. Regarding his song - if he decided that it should be his entry, then probably
he has reasons to think that with it he can conquer Europe. Litesound feat. Dakota: Litesound are good in themselves, and with Dakota as well. Although we like better when everyone is responsible for himself. Guys are brandy, promising, but not stable. The minus is that on the stage of Eurovision americanized, even super beautiful songs, never work. Gunesh: Gunesh and her team - well done! You can see that they are trying to unite the experience of other artists and are working on the result. The song is very much like something of A-Studio, and such a costumes have been already used by other pop-divas. But those who try will achive the result one day. Plus - they are not entering any scandals this year (in 2004 there also was one such troubled team, disturbing our participation in Eurovision, and when they were given a chance themselves to perform for more powerful Russia - the result was below the final line). Minus - she has something to do with the pronunciation, but it can be achieved Wind in the head: It is very cheerful performance, cool costumes and hairstyles. We know Alexandra Zakharik from many different competitions - she is very individual, eccentric, and if the band was a few years younger this song would have exactly suit the Junior Eurovision. Domenika: For Domenika qualification to the top 5 is an unique chance to start a bright solo career. - How do you take the results of the semifinal of Eurofest project? Do you think that the jury made the right decision of selecting these five finalists? A&K: The controversies around the candidates to the final and to a trip to the Eurovision have been and always will be there. To perform in Moscow, at such a global show as Eurovision, these are very alluring prospects. Therefore the argues are understandable. The results we have taken pretty calmly. The jury this year, as never really before, were mostly adequate and not very old people. Their experience helped to select from the mass of applicants the brightest artists and presentations! Alexander Patlis, duet of Yuri Vashchuk and Anna Blagova, we also very interesing. But, obviously, they were worried during the performance, and this didn't helo them to get into the top five. Domenika: When Anatoly Yarmolenko read out the list of finalists, I was just happy. It happened that a week before the semifinals, I felt ill, and on the day of the semifinal was not even able to speak. But I fought tooth and nail, and the jury has appreciated that, so there were no limits to my joy. I take part in such a project for the first time, and qualification to the finals - this is a very good result. I like all the five finalists, all of them are bright, individual, thus I've agreed with the jury. It will be very hot in the final! Litesound: We very much wanted to see The Champions and solo song of Dakota in the finals. Wind in the head: We accepted the results with windy joy. We can not discuss the views of the jury. - Have you received any advice from the members of the jury, and other experts related to your songs and preparations? Litesound: After the semifinals, we received positive feedback from many different musicians, composers, producers from the Belarusian and Russian TV industry. Yes, there were some problems with sound, and people were taking the song not quite as they should: the emphasis had been placed incorrectly. We were advised to pay attention to this issue. Domenika: Yes, I was offered help from choreographer Vadim Vanyuhov from "Candyman". We are making an entirely new production. In many ways, I am also helped by the author of the song Sergey Suhomlin Wind in the head: We got advice from the chairman of the jury. Now we have to buy tickets to his concert. - How did you spend a month since a semifinal contest?  Litesound:
After the semifinals, we celebrated our success and started preparing a presentation for
the final. We have rerecorded the song, something was added. Stage performance is being
prepared by Sergei Epihov. Domenika: Since the semifinals, we have created some new ideas that will be shown in the final. And in the New Year holidays had a good rest and gained strength in order to seriously address the preparations, namely: daily vocal and choreography lessons Wind in the head: We were chopping the wood, bringing water, and eating raspberry jam. - Tell us, if possible, at least about some changes that you will make in a song and stage presentation? Litesound: There will be some minor changes in the song, but the performance will look quite different. But the idea of historical costumes will remain, however, the era of them of change. Domenika: The song itself has not changed. I will be on the stage with six people, including backing vocals and ballet. The new staging, new costumes, new ideas. Wind in the head: Everything will be fine and in different way. - In past years, representatives of Belarus were not very successful at Eurovision - what do you think was the reason for this? A&K: Russia for 15 years stormed frontiers of Eurovision, Finland - for 45, and when all the lines came together - they won. We think that this is the game in a foreign ground with foreign rules that are also changed every year. In our year there was a semifinal for the first time, and Russia, Poland, France were not voting in it. The team of representative at the competition should know what and for what reason they are doing. The artist must be a bright person, with the great vocal qualities, with the ability to heat public, to make it in 3 minutes that whole Europe will believe him. Well of course, it is good if the budget allows some PR moves, which nobody used before, but which give the opportunity for the viewers to get aquainted and start sympathize the artist even before his performances. Unfortunately, since 2004, Belarus still has not established a professional team to prepare for Eurovision. Our team of producers are like blind kittens. We need the experience and time. We need an artists with above mentioned capabilities. And of course, some luck. Litesound: The reason for failure is always different. If one could invent a formula of success, he would never be loosing. In our view, Ruslan Alekhno was unsuccessful because of his song. For the Eurovision you need the songs with bright social theme, and not an abstract love story. Domenika: I think the reason lies in the artists themselves. Someone does not have enough confidence, someone lacks charisma and someone - experience and professionalism.  Wind
in the head: The reason was that organization of Dima Bilan's preparation for
Eurovision has purchased all violins and skates, and there was nothing left for our
artists. - If you are selected for the Eurovision - What will help you to stand out there? Are there any know-how, ideas for preparation for the competition? Litesound: In this case, we would like to film the music video for our entry that will affect the hearts of people, to use all opportunities of promotional tours, slightly altering their substance from the past years. And on the stage we want to use the shocking visual effects. Domenika: We surely have know-how, the only thing left is to puzzle specially trained professionals with it. Only very charizmatic artsists, who behave bravely, freely and confidently can stand out at Eurovision. Wind in the head: Yes, yes, yes .))))) As an additional, we've conducted a survey of opinions among the participants of national selection for Junior Eurovision in Belarus. This year, for the first time, the former Junior Eurovision selection contestant Alexandra Zakharik, takes part in the final selection for the adult competition. Suddenly, among the child audience there was almost 100% support for Gunesh. Yegor Volchok, participant of Junior Eurovision 2004: "Definitely, Gunesh! She presented the best song, and professionally she is more attractive than all other participants! Although I was not so confident in her in the past Eurofests, there seemed to be stronger participants, but this year my answer is Gunesh! " Yulia Komisarenko, participant of Junior Eurovision 2008: "Of course, Gunesh - because her presentation has an advantage from others, her song is modern and stylish, her choreography and costume design are cool!" In support of the candidacy of Gunesh also spoken Junior Eurovision 2007 winner Alexey Zhigalkovich, Karina Zhukovich and Diana Barankevich (Junior Eurovision 2008), Polina Zhdanovich (Junior Eurovision 2005). Kirill Ermakov (participant of the national selection, 2007 and 2008): "I will single out Petr Elfimov and Gunesh! Petr has great song and a wonderful voice, and he looks great on stage! Gunesh has delivered excellent performance, excellent vocals, but there is a negative thing, her melody is obviously plagiarized" Roman Voloznev (participant of the national selection, 2007 and 2008): "I think the strongest is Petr Elfimov, but he had no staging in his song, so Gunesh is likely to win - her song and presentation are good, but I'm not her greatest fan in general. I know well the lead singer of "Wind in the head" Sasha Zakharik - actually it was her ho urged me to the path of a singer, she really (!) writes her own songs, she wrote herself the song with which she took part in 2004 Junior Eurovision preselection. I can not say much about Domenika... Litesound and Dakota - I like the song and the vocals, and they can also be chosen. But if Elfimov make a bright presentation, I think he can do greatly at the contest". - It is known fact that Belarus is the most successful country in the Junior Eurovision, but only once managed to qualify to the final of adults competition. How can you explain this? A&K: First of all, there is an interest in the new members from Eastern Europe. Secondly, Junior contest is not that political. And third, if the team of Junior Eurovision also knew the formula of JESC victory, we would have been winning every year there. We are aware of the fact that the producer of the first Belarus winner in Junior Eurovision was very much critical of Alexey Zhigalkovich song and performance, but the guys managed to win ... Of course, we could not let our experts go, without asking them, how is their career going after the contest?  A&K: We've recorded the CD

"Autonomous navigation (unplugged)", filmed many music videos. Became winners of
international competitions Palangos Gaida 2005 (Lithuania), Discovery 2006 (Bulgaria). Our
performances were held in Serbia, Romania, on the Red Square in Moscow ... As part of the
UN global campaign "Stop AIDS. Keep the Promise" in 2007, we're members of the
"star team" of artists and athletes trying to stop this terrible disease. With
our appeals to the audience, participating in UN activities, we encourage people to think
about their lifestyle in order to avoid the possibility of contracting HIV. On 28 November, we organized a big solo concert for the 10th anniversary of the duet A&K, with a "live" sound, the guest artists (Petr Elfimov, bands Litesound and Palats). The concert was aired on one of the Belarusian TV channels. The plans are to write new songs, tour, enjoy life and love each other! Litesound: Vote for the ones you like! And never from the position: "I voted for ----! I did not like him, but in Europe this will be well received ...". Listen only to your hearts! Domenika: There probably is no such an unpredictable contest as Eurovision. Therefore, have fun and vote for your favorite artists. дуэт "Александра и Константин" (A&K),
чья конкурсная песня 2004 года по сей день
считается лучшей песней Беларуси на Евровидении
среди поклонников данного конкурса, а также
фактически единственных представителей
Беларуси постоянно проживающих в этой стране и
активно следящих за ходом проекта. Также, ESCKaz
связался с финалистами проекта и попросил
ответить их на ряд вопросов. Ответы были получены
от групп Litesound и Ветер в Голове,
а также певицы Доменики.Что же считают Александра и Константин о финалистах проекта? Петр Елфимов: Петр - самый опытный и перспективный из выбранной пятерки. В его активе и победа на Славянском Базаре, и сольные концерты на крупнейших площадках страны, выступления "в живую" в любом состоянии голосового аппарата на отлично - это весомые аргументы. По песне - если он решил, что именно она, значит, у него есть все основания думать, что с ней он сможет раскачать Европу. Litesound feat. Dakota: Litesound хороши и сами по себе, и с Дакотой. Хотя по нам лучше, когда каждый отвечает сам за себя. Ребята фирменные, перспективные, но не стабильные. Минус - на сцене Евровидения американизированные, пусть даже и суперкрасивые песни не срабатывают. Гюнешь: Гюнешь и ее команда-молодцы! Видно, что стараются сложить опыт других артистов и работают на результат. Песня очень напоминает что-то из А-Студио и подобные костюмы уже были засвечены на других поп-дивах. Но, путь осилит идущий. Плюс - не скандалят (а то в 2004 была одна такая команда скандалистов, возмущавшихся против нашего участия в Евровидении, а когда предоставился шанс самим выступить за Россию, результат оказался ниже финальной черты). Минус - надо что-то сделать с произношением, но это поправимо. Ветер в Голове: Очень жизнерадостное выступление, прикольные костюмы и прически. Александру Захарик мы знаем по другим конкурсам - очень индивидуальна, эксцентрична, но если бы ребятам было на несколько лет меньше, на детском Евровидении эта песня точно сработала бы. Доменика: Для Доменики выход в пятерку - уникальный шанс начать яркую сольную карьеру. - Как вы восприняли итоги полуфинала проекта Еврофест? Считаете ли вы, что жюри вынесло правильное решение выбрав данную пятерку финалистов? A&K: Споры вокруг кандидатов в финал и на поездку на Евровидение от страны были и будут всегда. Выступить в Москве, да еще на таком глобальном шоу, как Евровидение - очень заманчивая перспектива. Поэтому - страсти понятны. Результаты мы восприняли спокойно. В жюри в этом году, как никогда ранее, были в большинстве вменяемые и адекватные и по возрасту не старые люди. Их знания и опыт позволили выбрать из массы претендентов именно ярких артистов и номера! Александр Патлис и Юрий Ващук с Анной Благовой, нам также показались интересными. Но, очевидно, волнение во время выступления, не дало им полностью раскрыться и попасть в пятерку.  Доменика: Когда
Анатолий Иванович огласил список финалистов, я
была просто счастлива. Так случилось, что за
неделю до полуфинала я заболела, а в день
полуфинала совсем не могла говорить. Но я
боролась изо всех сил, и жюри это оценило, а моей
радости не было предела. Я первый раз учувствую в
этом проекте и выход в финал - это очень хороший
результат. Мне нравится пятерка финалистов, все
яркие, индивидуальные, и я согласна с мнением
жюри. В финале будет жарко! Litesound: Нам очень хотелось видеть The Champions и сольную песню Дакоты в финале. Ветер в голове: Восприняли с ветреной радостью. Мы не можем обсуждать мнения жюри. - Получили ли вы какие-то советы от членов жюри, других экспертов, касающиеся вашей песни и подготовки? Litesound: После полуфинала мы получили шквал позитивных отзывов от музыкантов, композиторов, продюсеров белорусской и российской шоу-индустрии. Да, были некоторые проблемы со звуком, и люди восприняли песню не совсем так, как она задумывалась: акценты были расставлены неправильно. Нам советовали обратить внимание на этот вопрос. Доменика: Да, мне предложил свою помощь хореограф Вадим Ванюхов из группы "Candyman". Мы делаем совершенно новую постановку. Во многом мне также помогает автор песни С.Сухомлин. Ветер в голове: Получили советы от председателя жюри. Теперь обязательно купим билеты на его концерт. - Как вы провели месяц, прошедший со времени полуфинала конкурса? Litesound: После полуфинала мы отпраздновали свои успехи и занялись подготовкой у выступлению. Перезаписали песню, кое-что добавили. Постановкой номера занимается Сергей Епихов. Доменика: После полуфинала мы придумали новые идеи, которые покажем в финале. А в новогодние праздники хорошо отдохнули и набрались сил, чтобы серьезно заняться подготовкой, а именно: ежедневные занятия в студии и хореографическом зале. Ветер в голове: Кололи дрова, носили воду и ели малиновое варенье. - Расскажите, если это возможно, хотя бы о некоторых изменениях, которые будут внесены вами в песню и сценический номер? Litesound: В саму песню было внесенены немного изменений, а вот номер будет выглядеть совсем по-другому. Но фишка исторических костюмов останеться, разве-что поменяется эпоха. Доменика: Сама песня не изменилась. Со мной на сцене будет шесть человек, включая бэк-вокал и балет. Новая постановка, новые костюмы, новые идеи. Ветер в голове: Все будет хорошо и по-другому. - В прошлые годы представители Беларуси были не слишком успешны на конкурсе Евровидение - в чем по вашему мнению причина этого? A&K: Россия 15 лет штурмовала рубежи Евровидения, Финляндия - 45, а когда все линии сошлись - победила. Думаем, это игра на чужом поле по чужим правилам, которые меняют каждый год. В наш год впервые был полуфинал, в нём не голосовали Россия, Польша и Франция. Команда представителя на конкурсе должна знать что и для чего делает. Артист должен быть яркой личностью, с отменными голосовыми качествами, с умением завести публику, сделать так, чтобы ему за 3 минуты поверила вся Европа. Ну и хорошо, если бюджет позволяет делать PR ходы, до этого никому не известные, но дающие возможность узнать и симпатизировать артисту еще до выступления. К сожалению, с 2004 года, у нас так и не создана профессиональная команда по подготовке участия к Евровидению. Команда наших продюсеров пока - слепые котята. Нужны опыт, время. Нужен артист с вышеозвученными возможностями. И, конечно, нужна и удача. Litesound: Причина неуспеха всегда разная. Если бы можно было вывести простую формулу успеха, можно было бы не проигрывать никогда. На наш взгляд, у Руслана Алехно была неудачная песня. На Евровидении нужна яркая социальная тематика, а не абстрактная любовная история. Доменика: Я думаю причина кроется в самих исполнителях. Кому-то не хватает уверенности, кому-то харизмы, а кому-то опыта и профессионализма. Ветер в голове: Просто организация по подготовке к Евровидению Димы Билана скупила все скрипки и коньки не оставив нашим артистам. - Если вы будете выбраны на Евровидение - чем, как вы думаете, вам удастся там выделиться? Есть ли какие-то ноу-хау, идеи подготовки к конкурсу? Litesound: В этом случае нам хотелось бы снять клип, который затронет сердца людей, воспользоваться всеми возможностями промо-туров, немного изменив их суть относительно прошлых лет. На сцене хотим использовать шокирующие визуальные эффекты. Доменика: Ноу-хау точно есть, осталось только при случае озадачить специально обученных профессионалов. На конкурсе всегда выделяются харизматичные артисты, которые ведут себя смело, свободно и уверенно. Ветер в голове: Да, да, да.))))) В качестве дополнительного мы провели опрос мнений у участников национальных отборов Беларуси на Детское Евровидение. В этом году впервые бывшая конкурсантка детского отбора Александра Захарик, принимает участие в финале отбора на взрослый конкурс. Неожиданно, среди детской аудитории практически 100% поддержку получила Гюнешь.  Егор

"Однозначно, Гюнешь! Она представила наиболее
удачную песню, и в профессиональном плане она мне
более симпатична чем все участники! Хотя я не был
так в ней уверен на прошлых Еврофестах, мне
казалось, что были исполнители сильнее - но в этом
году мой ответ - Гюнешь!"Юлия Комисаренко, участница Детского Евровидения 2008: "Конечно, Гюнешь - потому что её номер выгодно отличался от других, песня современная и стильная и костюмы с хореографией классные!" В поддержку кандидатуры Гюнешь высказались и победитель Детского Евровидения 2007 Алексей Жигалкович, Карина Жукович и Диана Баранкевич (Детское Евровидение 2008), Полина Жданович (Детское Евровидение 2005). Кирилл Ермаков (участник национальных отборов 2007 и 2008): "Я бы выделил Петра Елфимова и Гюнеш! У Петра отличная песня и великолепный вокал, он классно смотрится со сцены! Гюнешь - отлично поставленный номер, отличный вокал, но есть минус - плагиат мелодии" Роман Волознев (участник национальных отборов 2007 и 2008): "Я считаю самым сильным Петра Елфимова,но у него нет номера и поэтому, скорее всего поедет Гюнешь - у нее песня и номер неплохие, но мне она не очень нравится. Я очень хорошо знаком с солисткой Ветра в Голове Сашей Захарик - это он наставила меня на путь певца, она действительно сама (!) пишет песни, сама писала песню на детское Евро и была с ней в финальном отборе в 2004 году. Про Доменику ничего не могу сказать... Лайтсаунд и Дакота - мне нравится песня и вокал, могли бы и их выбрать. Но если бы Елфимов сделал яркий номер, которого ни у кого нет, я считаю, он бы выступил достойно". - Факт - Беларусь является самой успешной страной на Детском Евровидении, однако в ее активе лишь один выход в финал на взрослом конкурсе. Чем это можно объяснить? A&K: Во-первых - интерес к новым участникам из Восточной Европы. Во-вторых не так все политизировано. В-третьих, если бы руководители детского Евровидения знали формулу победы, то мы побеждали бы каждый год. Нам известен тот факт, что руководитель первых победителей детского Евровидения очень нелестно отзывался о песне и номере Алексея Жигалковича, а ребята победили… Конечно же, мы не могли отпустить наших экспертов не поинтересовавшись, как складывается их карьера после конкурса? A&K: Мы записали CD "Автономная навигация", издан СD "My Galileo - Лучшее", DVD "Автономная навигация (unplugged)", отсняли много клипов. Стали лауреатами международных конкурсов Palangos Gaida 2005 (Литва), Discovery 2006 (Болгария). Наши выступления состоялись в Сербии, Румынии, на Красной Площади в Москве… В рамках всемирной кампании ООН "Остановить СПИД. Выполнить обещание" с 2007 года входим в состав "звёздной команды" артистов и спортсменов для борьбы с этой страшной болезнью. Своими обращениями к аудитории, участвуя в акциях ООН, мы призываем людей задуматься над своим образом жизни, чтобы избежать возможности заражения ВИЧ. 28 ноября мы организовали большой сольный концерт к 10-летию дуэта A&K, с "живым" звуком, приглашенными артистами (Петром Елфимовым, группами Litesound и Палац). Этот концерт транслировали по одному из белорусских телеканалов. В планах - записывать новые песни, гастролировать, наслаждаться жизнью и любить друг друга! Доменика: Более непредсказуемого конкурса, чем Евровидение, наверно, нет. Поэтому получайте удовольствие и голосуйте за любимых исполнителей. There are no grounds for exclusion of singer Petr Elfimov from the line-up of the final of
national TV music project "Eurofest" (the qualifying round for the
"Eurovision Song Contest"), informed officially BTRC in connection with a
complaint of several "Eurofest" finalists. Earlier, the finalists of "Eurofest" bands Litesound, Veter v golove, singers Domenica and Dakota have filed a joint formal letter of complaint demanding the disqualification of Petr Elfimov. Under the terms of competition, the signing of the contact, which, inter alia includes "the obligation of the project winner to participate free of charge in events held by BTRK, for three years after the competition", is a prerequisite for participation in the semifinal of competition. However, Petr Elfimov has signed the contract only on 12th of January and in its amended form (in particular, the full cost of preration of the singer for the participation in Eurofest project has been taken by BTRC), with the other finalists were of the view that "they are unequal in position compared with Elfimov". "The organizing committee has allowed Petr Elfimov to take part in the semifinal without contract, which is clearly contrary to the rules. All the other participants of the project have signed the contract on time because they were warned that without such a signature, they won't be allowed to perform. Once we learned that not only BTRC had made concessions, but agreed to a special conditions of Elfimov - we do not want to keep silent. 14 participants have signed a "slavery" contract with BTRC and one of them is VIP!! пресс-служба БТРК в связи с обращением в
Белтелерадиокомпанию ряда финалистов конкурса
"ЕвроФест". Ранее, финалисты проекта "ЕвроФест" группы Лайтсаунд, Ветер в Голове, певицы Доменика и Дакота подали совместное официальное письмо с требованием о дисквалификации певца Петра Елфимова. Согласно положению конкурса, подписание договора, который, в частности предусматривает "обязательство победителя проекта по участию в мероприятиях, проводимых БТРК, на безвозмездной основе в течение трех лет после проведения Конкурса", является обязательным условием для участия в полуфинале конкурса. Однако, с Петром Елфимовым данный договор был подписан только 12го января и в измененном варианте (в частности, все затраты по подготовке к проекту Еврофест исполнителя БТРК берет на себя), в связи с чем другие участники финала сочли, что "находятся в неравных условиях по сравнению с Елфимовым". "Оргкомитет позволил Петру Елфимову выступать в полуфинале без контракта, что явно противоречит правилам. Все другие участники проекта контракт подписали своевременно, поскольку были предупреждены, что без подписания контракта на сцену допущены не будут. После того, как нам стало известно, что БТРК не только пошли на уступки, но и согласились на особые уловия Елфимова - мы не хотим молчать. 14 участников подписали фактически рабский контракт с БТРК, а один из них оказывается V.I.P! Такая заинтересованность оргкомитета в участии Елфимова несмотря на его нарушения и нарушения самого оргкомитета установленных правил безусловно ставит под сомнение честность будущего голосования телезрителей. В случае с Петром Елфимовым основания для дисквалификации исполнителя по формальным признакам отсутствуют, поскольку стороны достигли соглашения, не ущемляющего интересы исполнителя (исполнительницы) и/или творческого коллектива, которые могут победить в финале Национального телевизионного конкурса "ЕвроФест". Согласно правилам конкурса "Евровидение" - обязательно лишь заключение договора с артистом, представляющим свою страну на конкурсе, он должен быть подписан до встречи глав делегаций, которая состоится в марте. Правила конкурса регламентируют ряд положений этого договора, касающихся в основном, авторских и смежных прав на конкурсную песню. Остальные же положения договора отдаются исключительно на ведение местных телекомпаний, которые вольны их устанавливать в любом объеме. So there appeared an easy-listening song Fantastic girl. First, the music was born. Then a remarkable person, well knowing English, Marina Haytbaeva wrote the lyrics. But as we speak about fantastic girl, then, she should look fantastic. I do not know how to draw, but I have outlined the idea to a designer Zhanna Koltakova, who created the costumes. Idea of the duo has appeared almost as soon as we met with Dakota during the summer. In early December we made a test version of the recording of duet version of one of our new songs written, incidentally, for Eurovision. But the decision to try to sing it in the project was made jointly, exactly at the eve of Eurofest castings. This was done solely from the creative motives, and based on the views of the surrounding people who heard this song, that it can be very beneficial to be performed at the Eurovision Song Contest. This was our common decision. I believe that the tandem Dakota & Litesound will be able to conquer the hearts of millions of TV viewers. Therefore, we will be happy to feel your support in the final. Гюнешь: Песню я придумала 2 сентября, в свой день рождения. У меня уже такая традиция, когда уходят друзья, гости, я сажусь и сочиняю песню для «Евровидения». Так появилась легкая песня Fantastic girl. Сначала родилась музыка. Потом замечательный человек, прекрасно знающий английский язык, Марина Хайтбаева написала на нее слова. Но раз фантастическая девочка, значит, и выглядеть она должна фантастически. Я совершенно не умею рисовать, но свою идею обрисовала дизайнеру Жанне Колтаковой, которая придумала костюмы. У нас в номере есть еще фишки, которые невозможно было показать на полуфинале. В финале вы все увидите и решите сами. Дакота, конечно, очень талантливая девушка, но совершенно сырая. Лет через пять, может быть… А Петя Елфимов - выдающий вокалист. Тут не поспоришь. Но у него не было шоу. Хотя он сам говорит, что шоу ему не нужно. А еще мне очень понравились ребята из группы "Ветер в голове" - это будущее. Задумка самого дуэта появилась почти сразу, как мы познакомились с Дакотой еще летом. В начале декабря мы сделали пробный вариант записи дуэтной песни на одну из наших новых композиций, написанных, кстати говоря, для Евровидения. Но решение попробовать спеть ее в проекте было принято совместно прямо накануне прослушивания на Еврофест. Это было сделано исключительно из творческих побуждений и исходя из мнения окружающих людей, слышавших эту песню, что она может очень выгодно звучать на Евровидении. Это было нашим общим решением. the project Eurofest. As a result of past castings, number of Belarusian artists, nonqualified to the finals, made loud statements in the press that the organizers of the project Eurofest deliberately weakened the squad of the semifinal in order to open the way to Eurovision for the protege of Russian producers singer Dakota. Organizers for three years were going after Elfimov and were encouraging him to apply. And now they pass me by, and are afraid to look in my eyes ... Maxim Aleynikov, producer of the band Topless: This year, there is no contest, but a lot of clear violations. Many songs that passed to the semifinal are longer than three minutes, some are failing to pass first presentation deadline, not being new, and Dakota, against the rules of the contest, has a contract with third parties. It seems that the leadership of Eurofest do not follow own rules. Alexandra Gaiduk: A lot of good songs were weed out at the initial phase: Topless, Anya Sharkunova. And what I heard in the two songs Dakota - it doesn't fit any format... To me, they are lacking the main thing - initially there is no song, no singing - a continuous shouting ... This is not the first such an outrage among artists of Belarusian music. Similar views have appeared among local journalists, that have published series of articles with titles like "Enough of Dakotas from other country" and are usually voiced by public at local messageboard and discussion forums. At the same time, none of the semifinal participants have not and do not intend to withdraw their candidacies in protest, though previously threatening to do that if Dakota will be included in the list of participants. They are set to demonstrate the superiority of their songs and performances live to the Belarusian viewers on 15th of December. Singer Dakota herself has today answered the questions of her fans and critics during online press-conference on KP portal: "I am very pleased when my creative work produces such a turbulent emotions. Or very positive or very negative. For me the most terrible thing will be if people were indifferent to me. Similarly ambiguously have been met at Eurovision Lordi, Verka Serduchka, Ruslana. I know two songs of Petr Elfimov, one song of Gunesh, one song of Dyadya Vanya. I really like German, Anya Sharkunova. She is very sweet girl. Singing from her soul. I do not know why her producer so hates me. I have nothing against them. I do not want to prove to anyone that I qualified to the semifinal of Eurofest not with money, and that nothing is predecided. But currenly I know nothing. The idea to take part in the Eurovision Song Contest came to me about a month ago. Lyrics were written by my friend from Belarus, whom I met about a year ago. I decided to sing in Belarusian language, because in the history of Eurovision nobody sang in the Belarusian language. It is a shame. Last year in Belgrade, I discovered a lot of beautiful languages: Albanian, Turkish... I never thought that they sound so greatly! So I decided to sing in my native language. Belarusian is much more melodic than Russian, and it is a pity that in Europe nobody knows that. And if I go to Eurovision to represent Belarus, I will be very happy to sing in the Belarusian language. I will sing a song for all brides who have lost their grooms because of war. I do not want to sing any silly senseless songs. My main goal is to deliver message to the people that someone invents wars, in which people are dying. And there remain their girlfriends, mothers, children. I am talking now about the war in Georgia, Kosovo. I am a young girl and I care about love. I am singing about love, but ... about such a love. Initially I tried to write lyrics in Belarusian language myself. Then I asked Gleb to assist me, and in the end he wrote the lyrics himself. Now we'll adjust it, because the initial version of the song was longer than three minutes. Currently, I do not have any plans to change the song for the final. I will not perform in the Belarusian national costumes, because I do not want to. If all countries would perform in national clothes, it won't be Eurovision. Surely, I want to win, and I consider myself as a very decent contender. I've been preparing a lot, invest much effort and energy. I have not seen the performances of rivals, so I can not comment on that. I do not care much about it, I can only speak for myself. It is silly to look at someone and worry about this. По итогам прошедших кастингов ряд белорусских исполнителей, не прошедших в финал, сделал в прессе громкие заявлений о том, что организаторы проекта Еврофест намеренно ослабили состав полуфиналистов, дабы открыть дорогу на Евровидении протеже российских продюсеров певице Дакоте. Анна Шаркунова: Жюри не ставило перед собой задачу отобрать в полуфинал лучшие песни. Задача жюри была — создать благоприятные условия для беспрепятственного выхода Дакоты в финал. Если честно, у меня надолго отбили охоту принимать участие в этом конкурсе. И не только у меня. Многие наши артисты оскорблены известными заранее результатами «ЕвроФеста». Кстати, мне отказ в полуфинале аргументировали так: песня у тебя неформатная и номер не подготовлен. Но я с уверенностью могу сказать, что у Дакоты тоже не было ни номера, ни подобающего исполнения песни. Но она вышла в полуфинал. Владимир Кубышкин, продюсер: Мои артисты Анна Шаркунова и Герман выступили профессионально, красиво и качественно. Как минимум по сравнению с Дакотой. А вообще я считаю, что весь этот фарс сделали для отсеивания ее противников на ранней стадии, чтобы потом победа Дакоты выглядела убедительной и закономерной. Сейчас все происходило так же, как и в прошлом году с Алехно. На самом деле Дакота еще слабее, чем Алехно. Я против российских артистов, потому что нас это унижает. От Беларуси должен ехать белорусский артист. Нас используют как массовку и при этом организаторы шоу говорят о патриотизме и каких-то нравственных идеалах. Это предательство. Татьяна Космачева, директор Петра Елфимова: Я слышала лишь три не очень достойных курлы-мурлы Дакоты. Я считаю, что девочке надо подрасти, для того чтобы выйти на большую сцену. И в данной ситуации устраивать шоу и тратить белорусские деньги - это неправильно по отношению ко всем белорусским артистам. Организаторы три года ходили и уговаривали Елфимова подать заявку. А теперь они обходят меня стороной и боятся смотреть в глаза… Максим Алейников, продюсер Топлесс: В этом году не конкурс, а сплошные нарушения. Многие песни, вошедшие в полуфинал, длиннее трех минут, некоторые исполняются далеко не первый раз, а Дакота, вопреки правилам проведения конкурса, имеет контракт с третьими лицами. Создается впечатление, что руководству «ЕвроФеста» закон не писан. Александра Гайдук: Много хороших песен отсеяли на начальном этапе: Топлесс, Аню Шаркунову. А то, что я услышала в двух песнях Дакоты, - это вообще ни в каком формате… Для меня в них нет самого главного - там изначально нет ни песни, ни пения - сплошной крик… И если это не лоббирование конкретного исполнителя - тогда что это? Вероятно, в финале зрителю придется выбирать между посредственной песней группы Litesound и Дакоты и сольной песней самой Дакоты.Было бы здорово, если бы бюджетные деньги потратили на поддержку своего белорусского артиста, а не на дополнительный пиар исполнителей, которые давно осели в российском шоу-бизнесе. Это уже далеко не первое подобное возмущение среди артистов белорусской эстрады. Ведь и в прошлые годы страну представляли артисты, ставшие популярными посредством участия в российских телепроектах и вернувшиеся в Беларусь лишь для участия в Евровидении. В прошлом году очень много негатива было высказано в адрес выбора на конкурс победителя проекта Народный артист телеканала Россия Руслана Алехно. В то же время, ни один из полуфиналистов этого года не снял и не собирается снимать своей кандидатуры в знак протеста, что при появлении в списке участников Дакоты грозились сделать несколько исполнителей. Они настроены продемонстрировать превосходство своих песен и номеров белорусским зрителям в прямом эфире 15го декабря. Сама же певица Дакота сегодня ответила на вопросы своих поклонников и критиков в рамках онлайн-конференции на портале КП: "Я очень радуюсь, когда мое творчество вызывает таких бурные эмоции. Или сильные положительные или сильные отрицательные. Для меня страшнее всего, если ко мне равнодушны. Так же неоднозначно воспринимали на Евровидении Лорди, Верку Сердючку, Руслану. Я знаю две песни Петра Елфимова, одну Гюнешь, одну Дяди Вани. Как артист мне очень нравится Герман, Аня Шаркунова. Очень светлая, милая девочка. Поет очень душевно. Не знаю, почему ее продюсер так меня не любит. Я против них ничего не имею. Я не собираюсь никому доказывать, что я прошла в полуфинал "Еврофеста" не за деньги и что ничего относительно меня не решено. Кем решено? Продюсерами, которых у меня нет? То есть братьями Меладзе, которые мной не занимаются? Кто за меня и что уже решил(смеется)? Может быть, я тогда узнаю об этом со всей страной. Но пока я такого не знаю. Идея принять участие в Евровидении мне пришла около месяца назад. Текст песни написал мой друг из Беларуси, с которым я познакомилась около года назад. Я решила петь на белорусском языке, потому что за всю историю "Евровидения" никто не пел на белорусском языке. И мне стало обидно. В прошлом году в Белграде я открыла для себя много красивых языков: албанский, турецкий... Я не думала, что они так великолепно звучат! И я решила спеть на родном языке. Белорусский намного мелодичнее русского, и очень обидно, что в Европе об этом не знают. И, если я поеду на "Евровидение" от Беларуси, я буду очень рада петь на белорусском языке. Я буду петь песню от лица всех невест, которые не дождались с войны своих женихов. Я не хочу петь глупых бессмысленных песен. Основная моя задача донести до людей информацию о том, что кто-то выдумывает войны, на которых умирают люди. И у них остаются любимые девушки, матери, дети. Я говорю сейчас о войне в Грузии, Косово. Я молодая девушка и меня волнует любовь. Я пою о любви, но... о такой любви. Вначале я пыталась сама написать стихи на белорусском языке. Потом я попросила Глеба, чтобы он мне помог, в итоге он написал текст сам. Сейчас мы его корректируем, потому что в начальном варианте она была длиннее, чем три минуты. Пока планов смены песни перед финалом у меня нет Я не буду выступать в белорусском национальном наряде, потому что не хочу. если все страны будут выступать в национальных нарядах, это будет не Евровидение. Конечно, я хочу выиграть и считаю, что я очень достойная претендентка. Я много готовлюсь, вкладываю много сил и энергии. Я не видела выступления конкурентов, не могу ничего сказать. Меня это особо и не волнует, я отвечаю за себя. Глупо оглядываться на кого-то и переживать по этому поводу. Я очень хочу съездить в евро-тур и начну его с Латвии" "Есть очень хорошие претенденты, задумки, молодые исполнители, которые поразили меня, но нет явного фаворита, уже готового представлять нашу страну. Сильных номеров больше шести", сообщил председатель жюри Анатолий Ярмоленко. "Принцип работы нашего жюри - объективность. Кто объективно силен, тот и прошел. Каждый этап - это определенная ответственность, нагрузка. Из более чем ста исполнителей были такие, кто не подготовился как следует, объясняя, что не успел, не доделал. Многие отнеслись к участию недостаточно ответственно, считая, что если не пройдет песня здесь, ее можно отдать в радиоэфир. Как результат, многие исполнители проиграли малоизвестным артистам, которые показали себя с самой хорошей стороны". "В этом году участники подошли к конкурсу очень серьезно. Не только звезды, но и молодые исполнители порадовали. Еврофест становится конкурсом, который открывает новые имена. Однако некоторые известные артисты выбрали неформатные для "Евровидения" песни, поэтому наше жюри и не выбрало их в полуфинал. Из числа полуфиналистов явного претендента я тоже не вижу. Belarus languages and 1 song in Spanish. Live castings will take place on 3-4-5th of
December, on 8th of December list of semifinalists will be announced. Preliminary date for
Eurofest semifinal is 15th of December. New head of national jury is Anatoly Yarmolenko. исполнителей с песнями и 17 песен без
исполнителей), 98 артистов были допущены до
кастингов. Песни написаны на английском, русском
и белорусском, но есть и песня на испанском.
Прослушивания пройдут 3-4-5 декабря, ожидается, что
8го декабря будет опубликован список
полуфиналистов. Полуфинал Еврофеста

| Application
period for the participation in National TV Music Project "Eurofest", which is
the qualifying round for the International TV Song Contest "Eurovision-2009" has
started. Organizer of the project is National TV and Radio of Republic of Belarus. In "Eurofest" project both performers, and songwriters can take part. As a singers are allowed only citizens of the Republic of Belarus, as well as foreign nationals and stateless persons residing permanently in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, who at 20 Nov, 2008 must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. Song, performed by soloists or group, on the stage may be presented by no more than six people. In the project may participate songs (lyrics and music), which until October 1, 2008, have not been commercially released, publicly presented or performed. The maximum length of songs is three minutes. To participate in the project as the author of songs are allowed persons who at 20 Nov, 2008 shall not be less than sixteen (16) years of age, regardless of nationality. From the applications of authors professional jury, after listening the demo versions, will shortlist the twenty-or thirty best songs. Applications for participation in the project are to be sent to the address: 220807, Minsk, st. Makaenok 9 Belteleradiocompany, marked «Project Eurofest». The deadline to receive nominations - 20 November, 2008 (extended till 25th of November). Under the Regulations «On national television music project «Eurofest» project consists of four phases: qualifying round, semi-finals and the preparation of the official representative of the Republic of Belarus for the performance at the «Eurovision-2009» in Moscow. Artists, who submitted bid for the competition, will take part in pre-listening, to be held with a live sound at state theatrical-entertainment establishment «Youth Pop Music Theater». Of all the participants, after hearings professional jury will determine not more than fifteen artists to participate in the semifinal of the project «Eurofest». Semifinal of «Eurofest» will take place in December 2008 in a gala concert broadcasted by First Channel and Channel «Belarus-TV». At the end of the semifinal jury will select no more than 5 finalists. The finalists, if necessary, may choose another song for the final of the сompetition, from the shortlist of the songs submitted by authors and selected by jury. The final will be held in January 2009. The winner of the «Eurofest» will be determined by the televoting. Artist who obtained the biggest number of votes viewers, will become the official representative of the Republic of Belarus at the International Song Contest «Eurovision-2009». Организатор проекта – Национальная
государственная телерадиокомпания Республики
Беларусь. В проекте «ЕвроФест» могут участвовать как исполнители, так и авторы песен. В качестве исполнителя песни допускаются граждане Республики Беларусь, а также иностранные граждане и лица без гражданства, постоянно проживающие на территории Республики Беларусь, которым на 20 ноября 2008 г. должно быть не менее 18 (восемнадцати) лет. Песню, исполненную солистом или группой, на сцене могут представлять не более шести человек. В Проекте может участвовать песня (стихи и музыка), которая до 1 октября 2008г. не была коммерчески реализована, обнародована или публично исполнена. Максимальная продолжительность песни – три минуты. К участию в проекте в качестве автора песни допускаются лица, которым на 20 ноября 2008 г. должно быть не менее 16 (шестнадцати) лет, независимо от гражданства. Из заявок от авторов песен профессиональное жюри путем прослушивания демо-версий определит двадцать-тридцать лучших композиций. Заявка на участие в Проекте направляется ценной бандеролью по адресу: 220807, г. Минск, ул. Макаенка, 9, Белтелерадиокомпания, с пометкой «Проект «ЕвроФест». Последний день приема заявок – 20 ноября 2008 г. (продлен до 25 ноября). Согласно Положению «О национальном телевизионном музыкальном проекте «ЕвроФест» проект состоит из четырех этапов: отборочный тур, полуфинал, финал и подготовка официального представителя Республики Беларусь к выступлению на «Евровидении-2009» в Москве. Исполнители, приславшие заявку на конкурс, примут участие в предварительном прослушивании, которое пройдет в режиме живого звука в государственном театрально-зрелищном учреждении «Молодежный театр эстрады». Из всех участников прослушивания профессиональное жюри определит не более пятнадцати исполнителей для участия в полуфинале проекта «ЕвроФест». Полуфинал «ЕвроФеста» пройдет в декабре 2008 г. в форме гала-концерта в эфире Первого канала и телеканала «Беларусь-ТВ». По завершении выступления всех участников полуфинала Проекта профессиональное жюри выберет не более пяти финалистов. Финалисты, при необходимости, могут выбрать другую композицию для финала из числа песен, присланных авторами на конкурс и отобранных жюри. Финал состоится в январе 2009 года. Победителя проекта «ЕвроФест» путем телефонного голосования определят телезрители. Исполнитель, набравший наибольшее количество голосов телезрителей, и будет являться официальным представителем Республики Беларусь на Международном конкурсе песни «Евровидение-2009». 5th of October until 20th of November 2008 Belarusian National Project “EuroFest” is
accepting requests from singers and songwriters for participation in this big musical and
television event. The organizer of the project is Belteleradiocompany. The main aim of the “EuroFest” project is to choose the song and the singer to represent Republic of Belarus at Eurovision Song Contest 2009. According to “EuroFest” rules, to take part in a competition in a role of singer is possible only for citizens of Belarus or for people, who permanently live in this Republic. Songwriters, no matter what citizenship they have, also can participate in the project. “EuroFest” is divided for 4 parts. During the first part of the project professional jury has to choose 15 participants of the semifinal from all the requests. The second part of the competition is its semifinal, when during the live TV-show by First channel jury and spectators have to choose 3 or 2 participants of the final. During the third part of the “EuroFest” project singers are making preparations to the final, where they should present not only their songs, but also stage performances. During the final competition jury must choose the winner – official representative of Belarus at Eurovision Song Contest 2009. The fourth part of “EuroFest” includes all the preparations of Belarusian official representative to Eurovision Song Contest. от исполнителей и авторов песен для участия в
Национальном телевизионном музыкальном проекте
«ЕвроФест». Организатором выступит
«Белтелерадиокомпания». Целью проекта «ЕвроФест» является отбор песни и исполнителя для представления Республики Беларусь на Международном конкурсе песни «Евровидение-2009». Отличительная особенность проекта заключается в том, что к участию в проекте в качестве исполнителя песни допускаются граждане Республики Беларусь, либо лица, постоянно проживающие на территории Республики Беларусь. В проекте также могут принимать участие авторы песен. Согласно Положению «О национальном телевизионном музыкальном проекте «ЕвроФест» проект состоит из четырёх этапов. На первом этапе профессиональное жюри из всех представленных заявок выбирает пятнадцать песен для участия во втором этапе. В ходе второго этапа осуществляется подготовка и проведение полуфинала проекта, который проходит в прямом эфире Первого канала. В полуфинале путем интерактивного голосования телезрителей и голосования профессионального жюри выбирается два - три исполнителя для участия в финальном телевизионном концертном шоу. На третьем этапе осуществляется подготовка и проведение финала проекта, на котором финалисты должны представить концертные номера своих песен. В ходе проведения финального шоу профессиональное жюри выбирает официального представителя Республики Беларусь для участия в конкурсе «Евровидение-2009». На четвертом этапе происходит подготовка официального представителя к выступлению на международном конкурсе песни «Евровидение-2009». Организаторы о «ЕвроФесте»: «За время своего существования Национальный телевизионный музыкальный проект «ЕвроФест» стал не просто конкурсом.
